  I would like to thank you Debby Mantell for all your assistance in  helping us find a winter home. Debby was referred to us by a co-worker who purchased a home in Cape Coral a few months prior.

 We met with Debby in late June 2013, she was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with us. Since we are Canadian we knew very little of the real estate market and the Cape Coral area, but Debby took the time to show us the area and numerous homes and condo’s.

We decided to purchase a condo and Debby made the process very easy.

We explained to Debby we would like to do some renovations, she immediately gave us the names of painters and also the name of a home builder and contractor Ron Schnaufer (Westshore Homes), The condo was painted and Ron did a great job installing new tiles and completely renovating our kitchen.

Debby also had a client that was moving out of state, with Debby’s help we were able to completely furnish our condo with his furniture we had purchased from him.

Debby Mantell went way over and above expectations to meet our every need, and we will be forever grateful for what she has done for us.
