Cape Coral and Lee County recieving more good news!

The Lee County area and Cape Coral have just received more good news. According to Forbes Cape Coral is ranked 10th of the best places to invest in Real Estate in 2016! Also Lee County sellers saw an average gain of 23% on their home sales following a 6% gain in 2014. The 2015 gains ranked Lee County 51st nationwide. In Florida those gains ranked Lee County in 2nd. Now is the time to buy!
